Corporate team building and leadership development are services provided by Gretna Glen’s Team Building Experience. Every program is tailored specifically to every individual group. Participants can trust that learning activities will be selected and sequenced in an order to reach desired outcomes and objectives. These activities are inclusive to all participants regardless of their age or physical ability. Our program design is careful to focus on both emotional and physical safety for everyone. Programs range in length from one hour to multiple days.

Gretna Glen provides most of their services on their main campus in Mt. Gretna near Hershey, PA. Situated among the beautiful forests and streams of a small mountain, the campus provides a stimulating environment for learning to occur. Constructed learning stations scattered over many acres allow facilitators a wide array of training options to select from. We can also come right to your work site and turn an existing staff meeting into an opportunity to strengthen relationships, raise awareness, and improve specific skills needed for your group to work more effectively together.

Team Building experiences have proven to be an exciting adjunct to annual or quarterly meetings, conferences, conventions or strategic planning meetings. Our fun and interactive format allows participants to better know and understand one another through "active" engagement.

Activities are designed to bring up topics that your group may need to improve (flow of communication, being part of the team, willingness to help each other, etc.) and are used a conversation starter. Gretna Glen offers conference and breakout rooms within the retreat complex for groups to continue their discussions. They provide a relaxing space to pursue desired outcomes in addition to team and leadership training. Several overnight options are available on site. Catering is provided for meals and breaks and there are plenty of comfortable restrooms.
